Davidson College

Diversity at Davidson 17-18 Misc. credit

Incoming Davidson College students will be living and learning on a campus that is more racially and ethnically diverse than in years past. But with high schools, neighborhoods and places of worship being just as segregated today as they were 50 years ago, what will the college experience be like for majority and minority students ? This session will explore the challenges and rewards of attending a multicultural college, and raise awareness about how students can use their time at Davidson College to develop multicultural competency and build friendships and coalitions across difference.
