Davidson College



Designed to show the relationship between sound nutrition and good health, this course provides Davidson students with a background in the basics of nutrition and provides strategies for being a healthy college student. Topics include but are not limited to learning how the body handles nutrients, personal eating habits, healthy snacking, meal planning, grocery shopping and analyzing food labels.
