Explore long deep stretching to enhance flexibility and joint mobility while encouraging healing and realigning the body’s connective tissues. Deep stretching through the pelvis, hips, low spine and shoulders will allow tight muscles to gently release while also releasing tension in the mind. All levels are welcome and encouraged.
