Yoga/Kripalu

Kripalu yoga is an approach to yoga that emphasizes yoga postures, breath work, and meditation. Classes include a combination of sitting, standing, and balance poses that help practitioners deal more effectively with the stress of everyday life. Through Kripalu yoga, students increase their flexibility, strength, and overall fitness level.
