Yoga/Long, Slow, Deep

This class will help you move into areas deeply and safely with a combination of slow movement and deep stretching poses. This approach gets deep into the muscular fibers of the body and is very restorative and relaxing. Great class for athletes to strech post-workout, or yoga practitioners looking to balance a more vigorous vinyasa practice with a more calming approach.
