Power Yoga Flow
After an appropriate warm-up, your body will be prepared to work through a powerful vinyasa sequence that will increase heart rate and challenge all of your major muscle groups, yet still finding yourself in a state of bliss at the end of your practice. New to yoga? No worries! Appropriate cues given to newer yogis. New to exercise? This might not be the yoga class that is right for you (yet) so please consider one of the other offerings.
