This style of Hatha yoga flows from one posture (asana) to the next, while the breath keeps the rhythm. It is physically a more strenuous form of yoga that focuses on the CV system, muscular flexibility, strength, and balance while achieving a mind-body connection. All levels welcome...modifications will be made to accommodate your current ability.
