Power Yoga

Gain the benefits of stretching, core strengthening, overall body toning and awareness. Combine the benefits of Eastern and Western disciplines to enhance strength, posture, flexibility and balance and leave with an overall sense of well-being

While we believe that Yoga is for every BODY, this practice would best be for those whom have had prior yoga flow experience or are more cardiocvascularly conditioned. Be prepared to sweat, enjoy modern upbeat music and rhythm and most importantly,  have fun and experience this POWERFUL movement
