Fitness for the Athlete
A high-intensity cardio and strength conditioning class for the "athlete" (IM, club, or Varsity).
This hour long circuit class will combine various training styles while utilizing a range of equipment to ensure you get an intense workout.
While this is a challenging course, all levels are welcome and modifications can be made to meet you at your current level. All you need to do is be willing to work hard.
