This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery time. Workouts will blend bodyweight along with low-weight/high repetition exercises (including core, plyometrics, etc)
HIIT training is known for being intense, and while modifications are always possible, this class is not recommended for true "beginners". The total length of the class will be 30 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down/stretch. We start on time…we end on time…so be on time
