This practice is designed to help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props (blankets, blocks, and bolsters) to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
Student will need to provide their own mat.
Don't own one? Mats are available for purchase in the PE Office for $12.
