**Davidson Mindfulness**
A time to rest and breathe and practice mindfulness together. Join Associate Chaplain Ivan Mayerhofer as we work through a series of mindfulness practices for ease, well-being, and wonder in our everyday lives. No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation necessary. Everyone welcome, students, staff, and faculty! In the Oasis in the Chaplains’ Office, Fourth Floor, Union.
