This multi-faceted conditioning class will focus on the entire body using equipment and one's own body weight to increase strength, balance and flexibility.
You will need to provide your own mat. If you do not have one, you can puchase one from the PE Office for $12 and have the option to pay with cash, check, or via payroll deduction.
